Realization does not require direct human operation, and the system automatically implements irrigation. In the whole process, humans only need to adjust the control program and overhaul the control equipment according to the actual irrigation needs, thus greatly saving manpower and material resources. Intelligent irrigation can not only be used as an independent system, but can also be combined with water and fertilizer control to achieve an integrated irrigation water and fertilizer system; combined with hygrometer, PH meter, soil conductivity and other sensors to achieve a soil moisture monitoring system; combined with environmental monitoring, pest monitoring, etc. , To achieve an integrated intelligent agricultural system.

Pressure sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, programmable controllers, and water pumps are indispensable equipment for intelligent irrigation. Through the temperature and humidity of crops, the controller controls the work of pumps and valves to ensure the start and stop of irrigation. At the same time, the wireless gateway can upload data wirelessly, and remote data can be viewed on PC and mobile phones. In the intelligent irrigation process, we need to strictly control the amount of irrigation water and the irrigation time. We must not only ensure that the amount of irrigation water is not too much, to avoid too much water in crops and cause plant roots to rot, but also to avoid insufficient water to affect the normal growth of plants. All crops get the same amount of water to achieve uniform and intelligent irrigation. The use of pressure sensors is particularly important.
We can set the humidity alarm value according to the characteristics of the water demand of the plants. When the signal monitored by the humidity sensor is lower than the alarm value, the controller sends a signal to start the water pump for irrigation, and stops when the humidity value reaches the set value. You can also set timing, For quantitative irrigation, the control program is pre-programmed in the controller, and the start time, end time, irrigation time, and stop time are respectively set. The system automatically circulates irrigation according to the set time.
The role of pressure sensor:
When irrigation starts, the water pump pumps water from the water source. We monitor the pressure at the outlet of the pump and the main irrigation pipeline according to the pressure set for irrigation, and adjust the number of pump revolutions in time according to the pressure to ensure sufficient irrigation pressure. It is necessary to install a filter at the inlet of the main pipeline on the water inlet side to filter out large impurities to avoid pipeline blockage. Therefore, the pressure value needs to be monitored on both sides of the filter to measure the pressure difference between the two ends of the filter. Judge the clogging of the filter, so as to maintain and clean the filter.
Pipe network pressure monitoring: To ensure uniform irrigation and achieve the best irrigation effect for plants on the basis of water saving and energy saving, it is necessary to ensure that the pressure in the pipe network is stable, and the distance to the water source will not cause the water volume gap to be too large. Monitoring will enable the controller to adjust the number of pump revolutions and valve opening and closing according to the pressure of the water pipe to ensure that the entire area can be optimally irrigated.
