Pressure transmitter-How to use?

1.Reaction process monitoring: In chemical reactor, pressure transmitter monitors the pressure of the reaction chamber, this is the key parameters to control reaction rates and product quality. Too high or too low pressure may lead to safety accidents or product quality problems.

2.Material conveying control: Chemical production involves the transportation of large amounts of liquids and gases. The pressure transmitter is used to monitor pressure of the pumping system and pipeline to ensure stable material flow to prevent blockage or leakage. 

3.Indirect application of liquid level measurement: Although radar level sensors and ultrasonic level sensors are usually used to directly measure liquid level, in some closed container, by monitoring the pressure differences between the top and the bottom of the container, pressure transmitters can measure liquid level indirectly. In some open containers, pressure transmitters can be also installed at the bottom of the containers to measure liquid level indirectly.

4. Security system integration: As a part of Emergency shut-off system, pressure transmitters are used to monitor the pressure of key points. Once the pressure preset safety threshold is exceeded, an alarm will be triggered or the relevant process will be automatically shut down to prevent accidents.
